Family Law: For our family law clients, we take payment plans towards the deposit of a full Retainer from which we bill out work performed. Due to the complexities of Family Law issues, and the intensive court work that this entails, we bill at an hourly rate, to 1/10th hour increments, unlike most attorneys who bill to 1/4 hour units.
